Students will earn a percentage of sales. The amount they earn is directly related to the number of quality products they produce. The objective of this program is to prepare students for employment and to increase the likelihood that they will be able to maintain employment.

- fundamental skills (how to: communicate, manage information, apply mathematical processes and to think and problem solve),
- personal management skills (how to: work safely, be responsible and accountable, be flexible and adaptable, demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic, manage time, and be open to new learning/experiences), and
- interpersonal/teamwork skills (how to: take instructions from a supervisor, work cooperatively with others and participate in projects and assigned tasks through to completion).
